SBB's cleanrooms and cleanroom support products meet the most stringent guidelines for cleanroom construction requiring a high level of aseptic detailing. All systems meet or exceed ISO Standards, FDA cGMP and Federal STD 209. We provide pre-engineered and custom designed and installed wall, liner, floor and ceiling systems. We can configure our designs to any layout thus making installation smooth and cGMP compliant.


SBB ASPECTIC GRID SYSTEMS

In the life science industries, the SBB Grid systems are detail designed specifically for the biopharm industries. Designs include gasket seal, gel seal, non-load bearing, load bearing walkable, and stainless steel systems in all seal types.

The SBB ceiling system provides end users and owners with the ability to utilize the area above the cleanroom for mechanical services or walk-on capabilities for maintenance access when applicable. Our designs vary from walkable support paths to truss reinforced structural support platforms to receive AHU's, process equipment, special rigging for process equipment, etc. Walkable surfaces are typically powder coated steel diamond plate panels or bright finish aluminum diamond plate. Stainless steel decking is available as a custom option, as well as any special surfacing/finish such as passivation, high conductivity, etc.


The use of the SBB walkable ceilings for access can minimize the need for catwalks above the cleanroom areas, reducing steel costs and installation time. The use of catwalks can then be limited to areas where equipment access is needed for maintenance or replacement of larger pieces of equipment including AHU motors, cooling coils, heat exchangers.
